Marisol Miller is a high-impact real estate executive and Asset Manager at Amazon Global Realty, where she oversees 90+ industrial commercial real estate assets spanning 18+ million square feet across 26 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and 3 Canadian territories. In this role, she leads east coast idle asset management, manages complex leases and contracts, ensures regulatory compliance, and identifies cost optimization opportunities across Amazon’s extensive real estate holdings.
With over 15 years of progressive experience bridging ownership vision and property-level execution, Marisol brings a unique dual background in multi-family management and advanced financial oversight. Her career spans both public and private sector leadership — from directing a diverse commercial portfolio for the Alaska Mental Health Trust Land Office (with $40M+ in annual revenue responsibility) to managing revenue accounting and reconciliation of $2.35B+ in complex financial instruments for the State of Alaska.
Marisol’s approach emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, fostering productive relationships across Finance, Legal, Construction, and Maintenance teams to drive NOI, optimize CapEx, and deliver long-term portfolio value. She is skilled in stakeholder engagement, business process improvement, and aligning asset strategies with organizational goals.
She holds an MBA from Austin Peay State University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Kansas State University. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is proficient in industry platforms including Argus, Yardi, and Oracle.
An active leader in the commercial real estate community, Marisol serves as the 2026 Director of Communications & Marketing on the CREW Nashville Board of Directors and chaired the CREW Global Network Finance Committee in 2024 & 2025.
